Change normal user “User name”, “Password” and limits of authority.

 User name: Input normal user’ user name. (Do not exceed 32 characters)

 Password: Input normal user’s password. (Do not exceed 32 characters)

 Basic: User’s competence on setup ”Basic” function

 Advance: User’s competence on setup ”Advance” function

 PTZ: User’s competence on controlling PTZ camera.
